    Criteria for the selection of applicants under Non SHG (Swarojgari) category:-
     

    Under the joint aegis of Rural Development Department, Government of India and Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society- JEEVIKA, Department of Rural Development, Government of Bihar, 'Bihar Saras Mela 2023' is to be organized from 15 to 29 December 2023 at Gandhi Maidan, Patna. In this fair, stalls are to be set up for display and sale of various products of self-help groups and non-self-help groups.

    Criteria have to be followed during Mela period by Applicants:

    1. The material produced and displayed should be categorically handmade.
    2. One applicant should fill only one application.

    3. The material to be produced and displayed should be of a specific/unique category and should match with earlier shared information.

    4. The material to be produced and displayed does not come in the list of prohibited items.
      Wrong and incomplete entry of information will lead to cancellation of stall allotment.

    1. The organizer will have full right to cancel the stall allotment during the fair in case of different facts being presented at the time of verification of the information/product /participant given in the online application.
    2. No other application except online will be valid.
    3. The documents required for filling the application: Colour photograph of the applicant, two photographs of the product, Aadhar card of the applicant, Physical handicapped certificate (if required) and accompanying participant, participation certificate of the previous Saras Mela should be clearly visible. In case of vague and unclear submission of documents will lead to cancellation of stall allotment.
    4. The stall will be allotted for the same product in the category in which the applicant applies. In case of product variation, the organizer shall have full right to cancel the stall allotment.
    5. The all rights remains with BRLPS (Jeevika) for making any changes pertaining to SARAS mela arrangements and stall management.
