Documents Required for Verification

All candidates are required to bring the following documents at the time of the process:

1. Duly filled and signed Application Form (hard copy).
2. Five (05) copies of the updated Resume/CV.
3. Valid Photo ID Proof - Aadhaar Card (preferred). In the absence of Aadhaar, any one of the following may be submitted:
   • Voter ID Card
   • Passport
   • Driving License
   • Telephone/Utility Bill
   • Ration Card
4. PAN Card (mandatory).
5. Permanent Address Proof - Domicile Certificate or School Leaving Certificate.
6. Temporary Address Proof - Any document from the list mentioned under ID Proof.
7. Two (02) recent passport-size photographs.
8. Copies of Educational Certificates and Mark Sheets as declared.
9. Experience Certificates from previous employers (as applicable).
10. Accepted Resignation Letter or Relieving Letter from the previous organization.
11. Last three (03) months’ salary slips or salary certificate.
12. Bank Statement for the last three (03) months reflecting salary credits.

Note: Candidates are advised to carry both original documents and self-attested photocopies for verification purposes.
